Delivery

*Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to check the following:

(i) The total number of boxes is the same as indicated in the shipping documents.

(ii) Packaging is not damaged, wet or has been tampered with, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal).

(iii) Upon delivery the shipment should be carefully inspected and in case of any packaging damage or a mismatch in the number of packages or their contents, delivery carrier and GLOW & GLOW company must be immediately notified.

Shipping Policy

*To keep the cost low and reduce carbon footprint, they are shipped directly to you internationally so you can save more. Our delivery takes longer for this reason (2-3 Weeks, Usually 15 Days).

Standard Shipping Times

USA and Canada: 7 - 15 days

Oceania: 8 - 18 days

Europe: 8 - 18 days

Asia: 8 - 18 days

Other countries including Outer Islands: 10 - 20 days

Processing Times

Orders can sometimes take 4-8 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

Order cancellation

We only accept order cancellations within 12 hours after the completion of your order. This is to ensure a better fulfilment process for you.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!
